The Backsaver NT Buggy Tipper is designed to lift and tip standard DIN 9797 200- or 300-liter meat carts, Eurobins, trolleys or buggies at worktable height.

Its compact design makes the NT a practical solution for handling standard trolleys throughout the food-processing industry.

Health and enhanced productivity: Strain-free handling, greater output

After placing the trolley, the load is tipped in a smooth motion until the product starts to come out or even further to the maximum set angle.

This eliminates the need for repetitive manual lifting, crouching and bending, reducing physical strain on operators while making product handling easier and more efficient.

Depending on your process, we can increase the dumping height and supply the NT with a maximum tipping angle of 100, 110 or 120 degrees. Customized discharge chutes are also available to improve product flow.

Improved process: Easy trolley handling

Backsavers are simple, easy-to-use machines that enhance production and reduce the risk of workplace injury. For convenient operation, the NT is equipped with independent controls on both sides of the machine.

The NT is mobile and battery-powered as standard, but can also be upgraded to a mains-powered tipper if this better suits your production process.

Powerful rechargeable battery

The rechargeable battery allows the NT to be used throughout the work floor without being tied to a fixed power supply. The battery is suitable for operation in refrigerated areas and the machine can be plugged in overnight for re-charging.

With a fully charged battery, you can handle at least 30 tons of products.

Operational safety: Lowering by gravity with a warning signal

The NT is driven by a hydraulic cylinder and for safety, it uses gravity for the lowering movement, reducing the risk associated with powered downward movement.

An audible backup signal warns people nearby when the machine is lowering, providing additional attention during operation.

Hygiene and food safety

Backsavers are developed especially for the food industry. They are made of stainless steel for easy and hygienic cleaning and are suitable for high-pressure wash-down.

We have engineered, designed and manufactured the NT in the Netherlands since the early 1990s. Some of the very first machines are still in use today.
