Backsaver STStandard Mobile Tipper

The Backsaver ST Standard mobile bin tipper is designed to lift and tip large plastic bins, tubs or crates at worktable height. It can also be customized to handle different container types, including dough-mixing bowls, barrels and other large containers. With its mobile design, the ST is a flexible solution for emptying products such as meat, fish, vegetables and other ingredients wherever needed in your production process.

The Backsaver NT Buggy Tipper is designed to lift and tip standard DIN 9797 200- or 300-liter meat carts, Eurobins, trolleys or buggies at worktable height. Its compact design makes the NT a practical solution for handling standard trolleys throughout the food-processing industry.

NIMO-KG SK 800 MK2Double column lift

The Nimo-KG SK 800 MK2 Double Column Lift is designed to lift and tip large containers, 600-liter Euro containers, bins or trolleys into production equipment at higher discharge points. Its strong double-column design makes the SK 800 MK2 particularly suitable for larger containers, heavier loads and applications where products need to be discharged high above floor level. The machine can be used to feed mixers, grinders, fillers, hoppers, conveyors or other processing equipment.

Backsaver CDCombo Dumper

The Backsaver CD Combo Dumper is designed to lift and tip heavy, extra-large plastic bins, combo bins, pallet crates, bulk boxes, octabins and other large containers. With twin hydraulic cylinders and two powerful batteries, the CD can handle loads up to 1,500 kg. The standard execution discharges at approximately 1,400 mm at a 120-degree tipping angle, making it a heavy-duty solution for handling large quantities of product.

The Backsaver PLBR Wide Pallet Lifter/Stacker is designed to stack and de-stack products on and from pallets. It can also be customized for handling boxes, crates, racks or other loads at a comfortable working height.

Backsaver MDMedium Bin Dumper

The Backsaver MD Medium Bin Dumper is designed to lift and tip large, high bins, octabins, pallet crates and other heavy containers. With two hydraulic cylinders and two powerful batteries, the standard MD can handle loads up to 1,200 kg and provides a dumping height of approximately 1,200 mm at a 120-degree tipping angle. When a higher discharge point is required, approximately 1,365 mm can be reached at a 100-degree tipping angle. The same dumping height can also be achieved while maintaining the 120-degree tipping angle when a reduced load rating is sufficient. The MD is mainly used as a stationary machine, but can still be moved to another position when required.

Backsaver LTCompact Lifter/Tipper

The Backsaver LT Lifter/Tipper is designed to lift and tip large bins when the dumping height of our Backsaver ST is insufficient. Unlike the ST, the LT first raises the complete bin before starting the tipping movement. The standard machine provides a dumping height of approximately 1,260 mm at a 100-degree tipping angle and handles loads up to 900 kg. When more height or angle is required, we can upgrade the machine to your needs.

Backsaver GLTGiant Lifter/Tipper

The Backsaver GLT Giant Lifter/Tipper is designed to lift and tip large bins, Dolav bins, bulk boxes, octabins, pallet boxes, crates and other large containers into production equipment at higher discharge points. With a maximum, dumping height of approximately 2,200 mm at a 120-degree tipping angle and a load rating of 900 kg (optionally 1.300 kg), the GLT is ideal for feeding equipment such as injectors, tumblers, surge hoppers, filling machines and elevated conveyors.

Backsaver DBMixing-Bowl Tipper

The Backsaver DB Mixing-Bowl Tipper is designed to lift and tip dough-mixing bowls at a comfortable working height. Dough can be thick and heavy, making manual handling of a mixing bowl difficult. The DB smoothly tips the complete bowl to the required angle, up to 100 degrees, making it easier to remove or portion the dough. The standard machine has a load rating of 900 kg and a dumping height of approximately 970 mm.

Nimo-KG 200/300L Meat Trolleys and Eurobins

The Nimo-KG stainless-steel meat trolleys and Eurobins, also well known under the traditional Nimo-KG Lyft name, have been manufactured since the 1960s. The standard 200-liter trolley is manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel and built according to DIN 9797. Its reinforced, fully welded top rim and extra-strong double-layered base provide a durable construction for intensive daily use in the food industry. Built to DIN 9797 dimensions, the trolleys are suitable for standard lifting and tipping equipment designed for 200- and 300-liter meat carts, Eurobins, trolleys or buggies.

The Backsaver SNT lifting/stacking machine is designed for lifting standard DIN9797 200- or 300-liter meat carts, trolleys or buggies that have to be placed on shelves for storage over extended periods of cooling, pickling, hardening or ripening.

Backsaver PLPallet Lifter/Stacker

The Backsaver PL Pallet Lifter/Stacker is designed to lift pallets to a comfortable working height for stacking and de-stacking products. Unlike a conventional scissor lift, the PL can be used for both stacking and de-stacking. Its forks slide underneath the pallet, allowing the complete load to be smoothly raised or lowered as work progresses. We can also customize the PL for handling or stacking boxes, crates or other loads on shelves and racks.

Backsaver BRLTWide Lifter/Tipper

The Backsaver BRLT Wide Lifter/Tipper is designed to lift and tip wide plastic bins, pallet crates and other large containers when the dumping height of our Backsaver BR is insufficient. Unlike the LT, the BRLT has a wide frame and is mainly used as a semi-stationary machine. Containers can easily be loaded into the machine using a pallet jack, pallet truck or forklift. The standard BRLT handles loads up to 900 kg and provides a dumping height of approximately 1,280 mm at a 100-degree tipping angle.

Backsaver NTLTBuggy Lifter/Tipper

The Backsaver NTLT Buggy Lifter/Tipper is designed to lift and tip standard DIN 9797 200- or 300-liter meat carts, Eurobins, trolleys or buggies when the dumping height of our Backsaver NT is insufficient. Unlike the NT, the NTLT first raises the complete trolley before starting the tipping movement. The standard machine provides a dumping height of approximately 1,325 mm, handles loads up to 400 kg and has a maximum tipping angle of 110 degrees.

Backsaver SDSmall Bin Dumper

The Backsaver SD Small Bin Dumper is designed to lift and tip heavy plastic bins, octabins, pallet crates and other large containers. With two hydraulic cylinders and two powerful batteries, the SD handles loads up to 1,000 kg. The standard version provides a dumping height of approximately 1,000 mm at a 120-degree tipping angle. When a higher discharge point is required, we can increase the dumping height and adapt it to your process. The SD is mainly used at a fixed discharge position, but can still be moved when required.

The Backsaver BR Wide Tipper is designed to lift and tip wide plastic bins, pallet crates and other large containers at worktable height. Unlike our Backsaver ST, the BR has a wider frame and is mainly used as a semi-stationary machine. Its open construction makes it easy to load containers into the tipper using a pallet jack, pallet truck or forklift. The standard BR handles loads up to 900 kg and provides a dumping height of approximately 960 mm at a 100-degree tipping angle.

Backsaver BRLBarrel Tipper

The Backsaver BRL Barrel Tipper is designed to lift and tip barrels, drums and other cylinder-shaped containers at worktable height. The BRL is a compact and mobile solution for handling barrels containing products such as intestines, vegetables, pickled products, sauces or other ingredients. The standard machine handles loads up to 400 kg, provides a dumping height of approximately 970 mm and has a standard tipping angle of 100 degrees. A larger tipping angle or discharge height can be supplied depending on your application.
