To meet a customer-specific requirement, we developed a customised BSMST solution for filling a vacuum machine.

Due to limited space in the production area, the customer required the Backsaver to be positioned perpendicular to the vacuum machine. To achieve this, we modified the BSMST and integrated a custom discharge table.

The discharge table acts as a buffer, allowing product to be temporarily collected before being fed quickly and efficiently into the vacuum machine. This improves the production flow while making optimal use of the available space.

Previously, operators had to manually scoop product from a Dolav container into the vacuum machine, resulting in heavy physical strain and back complaints. The customised Backsaver has eliminated this manual handling, creating a safer and more ergonomic workplace.

Like all Backsaver solutions, this machine was designed specifically for the customer’s production process.
