To meet a customer-specific requirement, we modified a BSMCD model to tip Octabins over the long side of the pallet.

Because the long side has a closed base, the Octabins cannot easily be handled with a pallet jack. To solve this, we replaced the standard corner profiles with reinforced forks, allowing the Octabins to be safely lifted from the long side without damaging the pallet.

Combined with a custom-designed chute that perfectly matches the customer’s Octabins, this solution provides a safe and efficient tipping process.

The machine is equipped with a two-hand control panel to minimise the risk of operator injury.

This customised Combo Dumper tips Octabins weighing up to 1,500 kg to a discharge height of 1,485 mm at an angle of 120°.
