To meet growing demand for filling tumblers directly from Euro buggies, we developed a customised solution with an adjustable discharge chute.

Previously, customers often used an additional table between the Backsaver and the tumbler to create the required slope. Besides taking up valuable floor space, this setup was not always practical in production areas with multiple tumblers.

Our solution features an adjustable surge chute that can be adapted to different tumbler heights. Combined with a rubber sealing system in the main chute, it allows product, brine or marinade to be transferred with minimal product loss.

The adjustable chute can be configured to match various tumbler heights, making it suitable for a wide range of production environments.

Like most Backsaver machines, this solution was developed to meet a customer’s specific production requirements. In fact, around 90% of our machines are customised to suit individual applications.
