To meet a customer-specific requirement, we developed a retractable perforated stainless steel frame for the BSMST.

This solution allows excess moisture to drain from the product before the tipping process begins. Once the liquid has been separated, the perforated frame can be retracted, allowing the product to be discharged into another container, conveyor or buffer system.

This particular machine was designed for Seaplast tubs, but the system can also be adapted for other container types, including Dolav, Big Box, Combo and Euro bins.

Like many of our custom solutions, this option can be integrated into various Backsaver models to suit your production process and container specifications.
