We are proud and excited to share the news that van Oirschot Roestvrijstaal B.V., the company behind Backsaver, has acquired the leading Swedish manufacturer of lifters and tilters, Nimo-KG. This exciting partnership promises a new era of growth, innovation, and an expansion of the product range for both companies.

Nimo-KG, founded in 1958, is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of advanced internal product-handling solutions. With a focus on the food sector, the addition of Nimo-KG to the Backsaver family will help us further expand our global presence.

The acquisition brings no organizational changes for Nimo-KG, and Martin Olsson remains CEO of the company.
