The Backsaver NTLT Buggy Lifter/Tipper is designed to lift and tip standard DIN 9797 200- or 300-liter meat carts, Eurobins, trolleys or buggies when the dumping height of our Backsaver NT is insufficient.
Unlike the NT, the NTLT first raises the complete trolley before starting the tipping movement. The standard machine provides a dumping height of approximately 1,325 mm, handles loads up to 400 kg and has a maximum tipping angle of 110 degrees.

Unlike the NT, the NTLT first raises the complete trolley before starting the tipping movement. The standard machine provides a dumping height of approximately 1,325 mm, handles loads up to 400 kg and has a maximum tipping angle of 110 degrees.
Backsavers are simple, easy-to-use machines that enhance production and reduce the risk of workplace injury.
After placing the trolley, it is first lifted and then tipped in a smooth motion until the product starts to come out or further to the maximum set angle. This makes the NTLT suitable for discharging onto belt conveyors, into hoppers or directly into equipment such as grinders, separators, tumblers, cutters, injectors and packers.
For convenient operation, the NTLT is equipped with independent controls on both sides of the machine.
Depending on your process, we can increase the dumping height or supply the NTLT with maximum tipping angles of 110 or 120 degrees. Extended or tapered discharge chutes and adaptations for non-standard trolleys are also available.
The NTLT is powered by a rechargeable battery, allowing it to be used throughout the work floor without being tied to a fixed power supply.
The battery is suitable for operation in refrigerated areas and the machine can be plugged in overnight for re-charging. With a fully charged battery, you can handle approximately 30 tons of products.
For stationary applications, we can also supply the NTLT with mains power instead of battery power.
The NTLT is driven by twin hydraulic cylinders, one for lifting and one for tipping, and for safety, it uses gravity for the lowering movement.
Hold-to-run up- and down-buttons keep the movement under the operator’s control. An audible backup signal and flashing LED beacon light warn people nearby when the machine is moving.
Backsavers are developed especially for the food industry. They are made of stainless steel for easy and hygienic cleaning and are suitable for high-pressure wash-down.
The NTLT has been engineered, designed and manufactured in the Netherlands since 2008.
