The Backsaver SNT Buggy Lifter/Stacker is designed to lift standard DIN 9797 200- or 300-liter meat carts, Eurobins, trolleys or buggies onto storage racks.

It is particularly useful when products need to remain in trolleys for longer periods during cooling, pickling, hardening or ripening. Instead of using valuable floor space for individual trolleys, the SNT makes it possible to store them vertically.

Backsavers are simple, easy-to-use machines that enhance production and reduce the risk of workplace injury.

With a standard lifting height of approximately 1,800 mm, the SNT allows 200L trolleys to be stored on up to three levels, depending on the trolley and racking configuration. This makes better use of the available height in your facility and frees up valuable work floor space.

For convenient operation, the SNT is equipped with independent controls on both sides of the machine.

A compact, mobile lifting solution

The SNT weighs approximately 300 kg and can be moved to wherever the trolleys need to be stored or removed from the racking.

Its telescopic upright lifting column keeps the machine compact while still providing the lifting height needed for multi-level storage. Heavy-duty locking casters keep the machine securely in position during use.

Powerful rechargeable battery

The SNT is powered by a rechargeable battery, allowing it to be used throughout the work floor without being tied to a fixed power supply.

The battery is suitable for operation in refrigerated areas and the machine can be plugged in overnight for re-charging. With a fully charged battery, you can handle approximately 30 tons of products.

Operational safety: Controlled lifting and gravity lowering

The SNT is driven by a hydraulic cylinder and for safety, it uses gravity for the lowering movement instead of powered lowering. Hold-to-run up- and down-buttons keep the movement under the operator’s control.

An audible backup signal and flashing LED beacon light warn people nearby when the machine is moving.

Hygiene and food safety

Backsavers are developed especially for the food industry. They are made of stainless steel for easy and hygienic cleaning and are suitable for high-pressure wash-down.
