The Nimo-KG SK 800 MK2 Double Column Lift is designed to lift and tip large containers, 600-liter Euro containers, bins or trolleys into production equipment at higher discharge points.

Its strong double-column design makes the SK 800 MK2 particularly suitable for larger containers, heavier loads and applications where products need to be discharged high above floor level. The machine can be used to feed mixers, grinders, fillers, hoppers, conveyors or other processing equipment.

Backsavers and Nimo-KG lifts are simple, easy-to-use machines that enhance production and reduce the risk of workplace injury.

The container is positioned and securely retained in the lifting frame before being lifted and tipped into the next step of the production process. The standard SK 800 MK2 handles loads up to 800 kg, while a reinforced execution for loads up to 1,500 kg is available.

The dumping height is not limited to a fixed range: we build the machine to the discharge height required for your process. An increased tipping angle is also available when the product or application requires a more complete discharge.

Flexible integration into your production line

Every production process is different, so we can configure the SK 800 MK2 around your container, available space and receiving equipment.

The machine can be supplied for straight or side tipping and left- or right-hand operation. It can also be designed to move sideways on a rail when one lift needs to serve multiple discharge positions like vacuum-tumblers.

Different lifting frames are available for large containers as well as standard 200-liter trolleys. If required, we can also add a customized discharge chute to guide the product cleanly and accurately into the receiving equipment.

Operational safety

The SK 800 MK2 is electrically driven and operated by push-buttons as standard. The container is securely retained throughout the lifting and tipping movement.

The working area is protected by safety guarding with electrically interlocked access doors. The standard controls can also be extended with automatic functions when further integration into your production line is required.

Hygiene and food safety

Backsavers and Nimo-KG lifts are developed mainly for the food industry. The SK 800 MK2 is made of stainless steel for easy and hygienic cleaning.

Smooth surfaces and fully welded sections reduce places where dirt can accumulate. The electrical cabinet is positioned to provide good cleaning access, while the chains remain easily accessible for inspection, adjustment and maintenance.
